My gorgeous mother came out to hang with me today as I’ve been feeling a bit bum-ish lately. After coming back from the fast-paced New York, I feel completely dead. Seriously, I’m couch-bumming it and desperately finding reasons to get out of the house. Hmmm, maybe I should turn this into something positive like using this free time for exercise? ……Nah.

I’ve been dying to shoot this skirt- I couldn’t get over the ombre’ lining of this skirt. It adds such great depth to what could be just a plain blue skirt, don’t you think? Oh, and don’t mind that my hair kept going up and down in these images. I couldn’t make up my mind. And the wind was not my friend.

OMG you look GORGEOUS in these photos. Your mom took some lovely ones :) I think my fave is you laughing, it is so fun and real. The skirt is really fabulous as well. I got a bright blue skirt from topshop a few months back and it is AMAZING. I love how yours has the pretty purple underlay. And your top looks great with the black tie.
